attracted you to this piece of interactive art in the first place? (4%)
The initial attraction to me is the colorful “Firecracker” like of “Light Emitting Diode” screen. It has many exploding colors, and the color mixture is really breath-taking as it looks like the fireworks during the London Olympics.

How
did you feel when you first saw this interactive art? (4%)
I am really impressed with the reactiveness of the firecracker that almost looks like it can be manipulated by the user. The interface is really friendly and doesn’t need a lot of instruction for a user to enjoy it’s “interactiveness”

What
element/s made this interactive art successful in engaging you? (4%)
It typically reacts to user reaction and by using the motives of Fireworks explosion. As the Fireworks fire up it will engaged you by stimulating the user to chase after the fireworks. The fireworks will reward the user by exploding variety of other fireworks if the user manage to catch up with it.

What
was the ‘wow’ factor for you? (4%)
The “wow” factor for me is the “Firecracker” virtually reacts to a user action and touch. Every move will create more firecracker explosion and this creates a festive mood and continuous play of the firecrackers chain reaction. Imagining the technology behind this is really mind-boggling and you can’t help but to be awe-struck and “Wow”!

If
there is one thing that you want to add to this interactive artwork, what would
it be? (4%)
I would like to add the user image/portrait that are taken during the interaction game, especially with the user “Wow” expression to be projected at the end of the game. There will be Fireworks at the back of the image/portrait and wishing him many success in his/her future endeavor.
